365 Capital Fund II Final Close Milestone
365 Capital, the Amsterdam-based private equity firm focused on the Dutch lower mid-market, announces the final close of its second buyout fund in October 2025, 365 Capital Fund II, at €255 million and thereby exceeding its target. The team had already completed the first platform investment of Fund II earlier this year.
This milestone reflects strong backing from returning and new investors, including local institutional LPs, family offices, and entrepreneurs. It comes around four and a half years after the final close of 365 Capital Fund I (April 2021), which raised €165 million and has since built a portfolio that spans sectors such as industrial manufacturing, business services, software, education, and consumer goods.
Fund II continues the strategy that has delivered strong momentum in Fund I, combining local deal access, disciplined underwriting, and hands-on partnerships with founders and management teams to jointly create long-term, sustainable value by accelerating growth and optimising profitability.
Focused Strategy in the Dutch Lower Mid-Market
365 Capital targets majority investments in founder- and management-led businesses headquartered in the Netherlands, with equity tickets typically between €15 and €40 million (sweet spot €20 to €30 million). The firm focuses on partnership-driven transactions where alignment and entrepreneurial collaboration are essential. In many cases, management succession is also addressed during the holding period, ensuring sustainable leadership continuity.
